We want every customer to feel happy with their order, so please contact us if something is not quite right.
As our products are made to order, we do not generally accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, choosing the wrong colour, or entering incorrect order details. Please check the size guide carefully before purchasing, and if you are unsure, we recommend sizing up.
That said, we genuinely want you to love your order. If you have any concerns, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item and we will do our best to work with you toward a fair solution where possible.
If your item arrives with a printing issue, manufacturing fault, or damage caused during production, we will happily review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution. This may include a replacement, return, or refund depending on the situation.

Please do not send items back before contacting us first. Once your return has been approved, we will provide return instructions.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition unless the return relates to a confirmed manufacturing or printing fault.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
