Many of our products are made to order. This means your item may be printed, produced, packed, and prepared specifically for you after your order has been placed.

Processing times may vary depending on the product, order volume, supplier availability, production requirements, and seasonal demand.

As a general guideline please consider the following delivery times;

Local Delivery (USA) 2-5 days

International Delivery 10-30 days

Once your order has been placed, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it if it has already gone into production or fulfilment.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, public holidays, customs processing, production delays, or circumstances outside of our control.

Please allow for both production time and delivery time when placing your order.

We will do our best to keep customers updated where possible, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

3. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

BAD MONDAY CURATED is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or fulfilment.

4. Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after dispatch.

5. Delivery Issues

Once your order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the courier or postal provider.

If your order is delayed, missing, damaged in transit, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Please include your order number and any relevant delivery information so we can look into the issue.

6. International Shipping

8. Lost or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.
